* The Winter Special is a Nett Rate payable to the Lodges.
* The above rates include Government VAT but exclude the 1 percent tourism Levy and R50.00 Edeni Game Reserve entrance fee.
* Rates are quoted in ZAR Rands.
* The above rates apply only to bona fide wholesalers and tour operators.
* Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
* All bookings, cancellations and amendments are to be made with the reservations office at the Lodges and confirmed in writing / via e-mail.
* FIT Bookings require a 50 percent deposit four (4) weeks prior to arrival (the onus is with the originator to forward proof of payment to the Reservations office).
* Group Reservations require a 25 percent deposit 45 days prior to arrival in order to secure the booking. Tour operators who forward a detailed rooming list to the Lodge 45 days prior to the group's arrival are exempt.
* Cancellation Policy - as per EEC Travel Law.
* Payment strictly 30 days from date of invoice.
* Children under 12 sharing with parents or guardian qualify for a 50 percent reduction of the per person sharing rate at the various lodges.
* Children are most welcome and every endeavour is made to include all members of the family on activities.
* Children game activities policy is as follows.
Game drives - Minimum age four years under direct parental supervision.
Safari Walks - Minimum age twelve years under direct parental supervision.
* Child minders are available at the lodges at an hourly rate of R35.00 payable directly to the child minder.
